It's a common believe among some people that man is more friendly as a boss than woman as a boss. They believed that woman as a boss in any job is more tougher than man as a boss but for some people opposite is the case.

But I believe we all have different experiences and perspective;
Who do you prefer to be your boss - man or woman?

It's more easier to work under a man than woman, although we have some female bosses who are nice too
