It's a common believe among some people that man is more friendly as a boss than woman as a boss. They believed that woman as a boss in any job is more tougher than man as a boss but for some people opposite is the case.

But I believe we all have different experiences and perspective;

There's a fair chance - you can have a tough boss or you can be privileged to have a friendly boss who can be man or woman
