It is no news that the Nigerian health sector continues to suffer due to the lack of both trained professional health workers and functioning equipment and infrastructure.
As a result of this factor, many health workers often resort to improvising with the available equipment to save lives.
"Just recently, a Twitter account identified as @TheApetizers, took to the platform to share a photo of a wheelchair partly made with a plastic chair, which was reportedly seen at the emergency unit of University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu.
He tweets, "UNTH Enugu-Upgraded their Emergency and casualty Wheelchair to 4G
Am the only person who noticed this? @042gossip @Coal_City"
