You can always apply or engage the below tips to help manage your stress;
1. Smile often, laugh it off
2. Eat balanced diet, junk and sugar make it worse
3. Get enough sleep, don't rely on alcohol
4. Don't say "yes" to everything manage your time effectively
5. Exercise: Stress is not equal to exercise. Exercise lowers your body's stress hormone: Cortisol also, putting physical stress on your body can relieve mental stress. Take the time, find the time like 15 minutes, 30 minutes, stop giving excuses. Wake up earlier, find a partner. Just exercise.
