Your slimming teas don't work. Slimming teas don't make you slim. Some contain laxative or diuretics. Laxative cause diarrhea, making you poo a lot, this doesn't allow your body absorb nutrients - bad idea! Diuretics make you lose water, which can give you feeling of losing weight.
Neither of these have sorted out the main issue - excess fat. For weight loss to be sustainable, you have to lose the excess fat. Fat is stored from excess nutrients. It's like a bank. If you don't spend it, it will be saved. Same thing with the body.
These laxative/diuretics in these teas can cause dyhydration and your electrolytes may become imbalanced which lead to more problems. Especially if used for a long time. You're not helping yourself, because you're not losing the actual fat, you are losing water weight instead.
