Channels TV reports that the three-man panel on Wednesday, March 6 heard the ex-parte motion filled by Atiku and his party seeking access to the materials used in the presidential election won by President Muhammadu Buhari

Justice Abdul Aboki who led the panel ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to allow Atiku access to all electoral materials to enable him file electoral petition

The panel however denied the former vice president his request to be able to scan and carry out a forensic audit on the basis that "a forensic audit does not fall under the terms envisaged by section 151 of the electoral act"
