A story was shared on social media.
A job seeker come in for an interview and while he was being left at the reception, he made himself more comfortable by changing the television channel.
The twist in the story was the fact the job seeker had switched the station to the channel of highly coveted reality show, Big Brother. He did this without having any idea that the boss of the organization was watching him him in a CCTV camera.
IF YOU ARE THE BOSS, WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No problem about that, he has failed the interview
He just scored 0% in an interview test 
He lacks discipline and it's very risky to employ this guy in any organization.
If I am the boss, I will just send a staff to him to tell him that his service is not needed here simple
unserious guy
I will just show him the video of himself, no more talk 
End of interview
He fails integrity test and that means he fails the whole interview
I like him he chose to interview himself instead of company staff
