A female pilot, Simisola Ajibola has been hailed by Super Eagles squad members after she safely landed the team in Egypt for the forthcoming Africa Cup of Nation (2019)

According to the team's media officer, Oluwatoyin Ibitoye, the team members were thrilled with the expertise Ajibola, handled the flight to Egypt on Sunday, June 9! ahead of their final camping in Ismalia and took to social media to applaud her excellent show.

Interesting, Ajibola is the first woman captain to be decorated by Air Peace Airlines and she comes from a family of pilots - father and four brothers, three of whom are with Air Peace.

She joined the airline in February 2017 as a Senior First Officer (SFO).
