Senator Shehu Sani has described the plan to establish Fulani settlement across the country as a recipe for disaster.
The former Senator from Kaduna state in a tweet on his social media page on Thursday, June 27, noted that before the sort of plan can be executed, priority must be given to facilitating communal peace.
Sani said those talking about this plan don't have a clear view of the situation. According to him, establishing a 'Rugan Fulani' settlement in some states experiencing herdsmen/farmer crisis without facilitating a comprehensive inter communal peace plan will be disastrous.
"The architects of the idea are viewing the problem from their tinted windows," he said
