In many African homes, the female child, no matter how old she is, continues to live with her parents till she gets married.

Well, this might seem old especially in cases where the lady can afford to live on their own.

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Simi, seems curious about the topic and she has taken to Twitter to ask her fans what they think about it.

She wrote on her twitter

If she is old enough to stay alone and have the money to rent an apartment, I think it's proper to leave her parents till she finds right husband

Its a personal decision though, but i prefer staying with parents. I'll hadly propose to a girl/lady living alone unless they have a genuine reason for that because i trust them less.
