The Nigerian police have received 65 fake graduates from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) for further investigation

The fake graduates were caught during the Batch B Stream 2 orientation course across the 37 camps for allegedly presenting fake certificates during their supposed NYSC registration.

The Nation reports that the fake graduates who appeared for NYSC screening and registration were discovered during the verification process by officers in some of the camps.

A document by the service said three out of the 65 fake graduates said the they studied at Istop University, Cotonou in Benin Republic, a claim the NYSC said was false

Some of those indicted by the NYSC are Nasiru Yau, Sheu Muktar, Illiyasu Usman, Offor Blessing Chinelo, Mezenwa Ngozi Chidinma, Nwachukwu Chimaobi Curtis, Ononuju Amarachi Nwamaka, Francis Joseph Arinze and Chigozie Evidence Chijioke
